Riesling

Riesling is the most produced wine of the Finger Lakes area. The conditions are perfect for growing this white aromatic grape with floral and fruity notes. While many think of riesling as a sweet wine, it spans the range from bone dry to luscious. All of them delicious. One of the unique qualities of a riesling is that it can have petrol notes, especially with a bit of age. While it does not sound that appetizing, it adds character and distinctiveness that make this a complex and delicious wine.
